Positive Affrimations
I was taught by a tutor of mine about Positive Affrimations. It involves making eye contact with yourself in a mirror ( it is a bit weird at first ) and telling yourself positive things. So, for example, i would say (aloud) 'my name is Dawn and i am confident. My name is Dawn and i am worthy of love. My name is Dawn and i will suceed' and this actually worked for me. The idea is you do this first thing on a morning and last thing at night and limit the list to 5 things at any one time.
