what would Helen do?

Helen was a girl i knew who was always smiling and really bubbly and everyone liked her. She was the person i wanted to be like. I decided i was gonna be like her. I had to stop being scared and start living my life. I was terrified but i did it. I started small. Going into shops by myself and saying 'thanks, bye' to the shop assistants while someone waited for me outside. And then saying 'thankyou' to bus drivers getting off the bus. I was starting to become confident.
