So i sent an email to my 'friend'

I know she probably wont read it, but at least ive said what needed to be said. I told her that i wont be in contact with her again, as she has made it clear that is what she wanted. I also reminded her about all the crap her friend (who likes me) has done to me and told her that if she cant be happy with the choices ive made then i really dont want her in my life.
Its up to her now, but i dont think i will hear from her again.

Maybe it's time to end a friendship.

It sounds horrible, but i have a 'friend' that ive realized is getting me down.
She isn't happy that i chose to date my boyfriend, and not her friend who likes me but has messed me around since the day i met him. She wont talk to me or reply to my texts or emails. She has sent me an email saying that she wont reply to anything i send her. I give up. I dont like her husband, but i didn't cause an argument when she married him. She's just being petty and i dont have the energy to deal with her anymore.

My valentines present.

It sounds cheesy, but just spending time with David was enough (we dont get to spend that much time together), but he bought me a beautiful ring. Its white gold (i think) and the stone is like cubic zirconia, and its slightly bigger than i like, but it doesn't matter. Its perfect. Plus we went to Mcdonalds. This valentines day was the best valentines day ever.

I have spent the afternoon knitting.

I am making a throw for the sofa, so ive started knitting squares in different colours using left over balls of wool ive found round the house. Also, ive decided to knit a scarf. Havent decided what colour scarf i want yet. I decided to get back into knitting after reading a lot of celebs (Jennifer Aniston for example) enjoy knitting. It seems to have become very trendy at the moment, and not something associated with old women.

I am not a Cheryl Cole fan, so i dont think anyone knows how much i really like 'parachute'. I cant stop myself singing along to it lol. Thats the only Cheryl Cole song i like.

It has to be Barry Manilow 'copa cobana'. It always makes me sing along and dance, and it always puts me in a good mood.

Im not a Radiohead fan, as ive mentioned before, so i pick 'creep' by radiohead.

The main reason why i hate the coalition goverment.

They are cutting housing benefit/jobseekers allowance for people unemployed for more than a year, but the bloody budget cuts are making more people unemployed. Yeah, i get that there has to be cuts, but why punish people who are made redundant through no fault of their own and due to the huge amount of jobseekers applying for the same job, may be unemployed for some time. Its a dumb idea. Why not punish people who abuse the system instead of everyone?

Bon Jovi is my favourite band, and my favourite Bon Jovi song is 'always'. I love the video too :-).

30 day song challenge: day 10: A song that makes you fall asleep.

I have to admit im not a radiohead fan. I like 'creep' but that's the only song i like of them, so i would say anything by Radiohead would make me fall asleep.

1. Bruno Mars: Grenade. I love the chorous, and the fact its a really uptempo song, but the lyrics are quite sad.
2. Eliza Doolittle: Skinny Genes. The whistling.

4. Olly Murs: Heart on my sleeve. I love this song too, and it shows Olly has a good voice.

1. Jennifer Aniston. I am a fan, but dont we know everything already?
2. Rihanna. I love her, and she's gorgoeus, but i think we know everything about her now.
3. Katy Perry. I love her too, but read that many interviews with her that im actually bored.
4. Victoria Beckham. I do like her, but i am slightly bored of her now.
5. Peter Andre. I am 'team Pete' but the fact hes in every newspaper/magazine i read makes me think 'oh him again'.

This has to be Savage Garden 'To the moon and back' just for the fact i was a huge savage garden fan, and this is my favourite song by them.

3D tv

Maybe its because im not technology minded, but i really dont get the point of 3D tv. I mean, sitting in your living room wearing stupid glasses? not really my thing. And what if someone pops round while your watching 'corrie' but you dont have any spare glasses? what do you say? 'hey, sit down, wanna cuppa? would you like to borrow my glasses to watch the telly?'. I just dont get the appeal of 3D tv and i dont think i ever will.

I decided to share my insecurities.

I had spent a while worrying, and it wasn't getting me anywhere, so i decided to share my worries. Yes, i felt like an idiot, but at least i know now that my insecurities are not real, and ive been worrying about nothing.

It has to be take that 'could it be magic'. The reason? it was the final song played at the final school disco i ever attended. The night i left school. It was a bizzare night as only about a dozen people from my year were there and about 100 people who had left the year before. Anyway, it was a good night.

To be honest, i dont have a song that reminds me of a place. I have songs that brings back memories, but not of places. I really cant think of a song at the moment. I will think about it and if any song comes to mind, i will post.

Theres a song from the 1960s called 'young girl' and it is my mums favourite song ever, so i have to pick that. 'Young girl' because it reminds me of my mum, who loves that song.

My dream wedding.

Im not engaged, but if i ever did get engaged, i know what kind of wedding i want. I want a small, quiet wedding, with just family and close friends. I dont want a wedding gown either, just a nice dress, and i dont wanna get married in a church. I would have one bridesmaid, maybe two at the most, and a small reception. And that is my dream wedding.

Britney Spears 'everytime'. I love the song but everytime i hear the song or see the video i get sad.

1. Gilmore Girls. I think i am a mix of Lorelai and Rory.
2. Charmed. I loved charmed. Leo and Piper are one of my fave tv couples ever.
3. Ally Mcbeal. I loved the quirkiness of it.
4. Desperate Housewives. Ive watched it from the start (but i havent seen every episode).
5. Sex and the City. I have to admit i learnt a lot from this show, and i wanted Carries wardrobe.

Song challenge day 3: Song that makes me happy.

This is a toughie, but im gonna pick Bon Jovi's 'Livin' on a prayer'. I love the song, and always sing along to it (usually out of tune lol) so im picking that as my 'happy song'.

How i would describe my style.

I like cute, girlie clothes. I do wear trousers and leggings though. I like cute and girlie (and sometimes unusual) dresses. I love long flowing skirts but i also like short skirts too. I love cardigans, and usually wear vest tops underneath. I wouldn't say i was the most stylish person in the world, but i look ok most of the time. I think of fashion as a way of expressing your personality. I dont follow fashion trends. I just buy what i like and what i'll like to wear.

'The first time ever i saw your face'. I dont know why but i just dont like the song. I also dont like 'nothing compares 2 u' either.
